Refund policy

Return Policy (Store Credit Only)

We offer a 7-day return window. That means you have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return for store credit. We do not offer monetary refunds.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With tags attached

  • In original packaging (when applicable)

  • Accompanied by your receipt/proof of purchase


How to Start a Return

To begin a return for store credit, use our return request process (online return portal, if applicable). Access your account portal here

Important: Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, your store credit E-Gift Card will be emailed to you within 2–3 business days after your return is processed (excluding weekends and holidays).


Store Credit Details

Store credit is issued as an E-Gift Card and will be sent to the email address used at checkout within 2–3 business days after your return is received and inspected.

Return Shipping + Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for lost or missing return packages, so we strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking and keeping that tracking number until your return is fully processed.


Shipping (Outbound Orders)

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or marked delivered by the carrier. Orders ship via USPS or UPS and include tracking.

Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing (shipping time is separate). 


Orders (Changes + Cancellations)

Once an order is placed, we cannot:

  • Modify items, sizes, or quantities

  • Apply discounts after checkout

  • Cancel an order

  • Edit shipping addresses

In-Store Pickup

Skip shipping with free local pickup.

After placing your order and selecting Local Pickup at checkout, your order will be ready within 1 business day. You’ll receive an email when it’s ready, along with pickup instructions.

Pickup Hours:

  • Tuesday–Friday: 10am–6pm

  • Saturday: 10am–4pm

Please bring your order confirmation email.


Damages, Defects, or Wrong Item

Please inspect your order right away. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

  • Your order number in the subject line

  • Your first and last name

  • Clear photos of the issue (damage/defect/wrong item)

Damage/issue claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery, before wearing the item, and tags must still be attached.
Responses are typically handled within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).


Final Sale Items (Not Eligible for Return)

The following are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • All SALE items/products

  • Beauty products

  • Gift products

  • Sunglasses

  • All jewelry

Also final sale:

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

Due to limited inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, the quickest option is to:

  1. Request a return for the item you have, and

  2. Place a new order for the item you want.

We cannot hold inventory for exchanges. Once your return is approved/processed, you’ll receive an E-Gift Card to use anytime.
